‘Michigan Is Now Unlocked’: State Supreme Court Strikes Down Emergency Powers Law
The Court concluded the Emergency Powers of Governor Act:
…is in violation of the Constitution of our state because it purports to delegate to the executive branch the legislative powers of state government–including its plenary police powers–and to allow the exercise of such powers indefinitely. As a consequence, the EPGA cannot continue to provide a basis for the Governor to exercise emergency powers.
Ivor Cummins – Societal Damage from Bad Science, not the Virus? Why are they doing this?
Ivor Cummins with Julia Hartley-Brewer. The VIRAL DATA – on TalkRadio! A good summary – from someone who originally supported lockdown measures – but he does do a bit of “limited hangout” you might say. Nevertheless, a calm, authoritative voice – simply suggesting that logic and reason be applied…

Trump and COVID19
Tucker Carlson did an interesting report on the “Trump COVID” infection.
Tucker makes some excellent points, but no reference is made to Trump’s Tweets. Is he “playing more games?” Is he attempting to change the narrative?
I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!

Earlier, he seemed to Tweet an encoded message – which is very easy to miss… I checked the exact text he posted and what is shown is correct:
It’s About Our Humanity… Remember?
Some excellent observations in a moving video from “Amazing Polly.”
