UK COVID Autopsy/Post Mortem Reports?

I’ve been looking into autopsies performed on covid victims, there isn’t much about, but this report was the best one I found.

They classify SARS-Cov2 as an Acute Respiratory Distress Syndome, ARDS

You will note that the last review date was 12th March 2020, with the next due by 12/3/2023. The 12th March was the
day before the meetings of the ACDP, NERVTAG and SAGE, when the ACDP downgraded the virus threat, much to the
chagrin of Jonathan Van-Tam.
I decided to look at previous versions on the internet archive.
The first capture was on 10/5/2013, the review date was 18/4/13, with the next review due 18/4/2015.
The next review was dated 18/3/15, with the next scheduled for 18/3/17.
The next is dated 12/4/2017, with next scheduled 12/4/2020.
It appears that the review dates are not written in stone, but what was interesting is that there are no captures between 1/1/2018 and 7/4/2020.
It would be nice to see the page just prior to 12th March to see what the review date was.

The CDC will soon be changing how they record covid-19 breakthrough cases. With this change, breakthrough infections in vaccinated individuals will no longer be recorded unless the infection results in hospitalization or death. As expected, this change is happening at a time when thousands of breakthrough cases are being reported in the fully vaccinated. I suppose when you start seeing numbers you don’t like, it’s easiest to just stop counting. It’s like that classic scientific adage says “What you don’t know can’t hurt you.”. So in a few weeks, when you start seeing the artificial drastic decline in covid infections among the vaccinated, remember to give the CDC a big ol’ pat on the back for its hard world… or lack of it.

They were going to die anyway…someday
One hypothesis I’ve heard, and which is hinted at by Gee, et.al. in the paper above, is that the elderly and infirm, many in long-term care facilities, were the first to be targeted by the COVID-19 vaccine campaign, and they are much more likely to die coincidentally. These coincidental deaths then lead to an increase in suspected vaccine-induced deaths reported to VAERS. (*cough*)
VAERS data just does not support that hypothesis. First, because all age groups—not just seniors—had a dramatic increase in VAERS death reports from COVID-19 vaccines, as illustrated in the charts below. The red line represents reported COVID-19 vaccine deaths, and the green line represents other vaccines. Across the board, all age groups experienced a dramatic increase in deaths reported to VAERS from the COVID-19 shots—even the under 18 group, which has had very few COVID-19 shots (so far).
